Who I am

I've been passionate about Nutrition & Wellness from a very young age. I remember I used to always be testing out new protein cookie recipes in my moms kitchen & I was always so fascinated by healthy cooking. In the past, I have tried almost every fad-diet you can think of. Keto, Paleo, Gluten-free, Juice Cleanses, 21-day challenges… you name it, I tried it. I was always frustrated with the lack of results & not knowing what truly was healthy and what wasn’t.

I competed in bodybuilding shows for 2 years & although I learned a lot, I quickly realized that an extremely strict diet was not for me. I always looked up to the women who claimed they could “eat whatever they want” and still look so good! I never believed it was true, until I started flexible dieting.

Now, I really am able to eat whatever I want (in moderation) and maintain a healthy weight year-round. My goal as a Nutrition and Wellness Coach is to help YOU achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle. It IS possible to achieve great results without restricting yourself.
